Very strong, consistent show. Highlights for me: Phil's version of Mountains Of The Moon, Weir's impassioned Looks Like Rain, a beautiful Knockin', the fun-charged GDTRFB and The Other One.

The rain tried to damper a good time....but TOO would not let us have a bad time....they rocked!!!!! GDTRFB was absolutely amazing!!!!

The traffic to the show was incredible and the determined rain definitely took from the experience (for those of us who were not at all prepared for it), but it seems the PAC could be a great venue in nice weather. Of course there was a 30 minute walk from parking to the venue and the whole place was slop, but it was pretty cool. The show was great from the early U.S. Blues, and the Scarlet/Fire was nicely filled out by the guitars, the first time I've heard these guys do it. Bobby howled throughout the L.L. Rain (wow) and The Way It Is was great. Bruuuuuuuuce. The first real Other One hints came in the middle Bird Song jam, and the song appeared soon after. Great Other One, great Goin' Down the Road, surprising and well-played Knockin', and an abbreviated Saturday night cuz of the evil curfew. 'Nother great show.

Despite the rain, Phil belting out U.S. Blues is a feisty show opener. Made for a good vibe for the rest of the gig.

This show totally kicked ass...can't ask for anything more than Phil opening up with U.S. Blues on the 4th...Mountains of the Moon put me in total awe..L.L. Rain made the downpour worth while
