WOW! Might have been the best show I've seen in 15 years. The balance between Chris, Jackie, Bobby & Phil was perfect. Chris did a spectacular version of PIGPEN. Jackie shredded & did some nice Jerry tunes. Bobby was Bobby & Phil was touched on his B-day show with all the support from over the years. The Mardi-gras like floats during Happy B-Day to Phil did'nt hurt either. In my opinion, A+ show. SMOKIN HOT!

Just read that Jay Lane is leaving to go to Primus... That is awesome.. we don't have to watch him bounce around anymore and not really add much!! Come back mickey and bill!! We miss you!!

Rick, Philadelphia
HAPPY birthday Phil.Lots of LOVE around you. Life is a MIRACLE. Both nights look amzing. Will the 13th be available for download?

See y'all in VT.

Jay is a minor loss. He probably is too tired of touring, cause he jumps around too much. I think I heard him once on tour....he hit the bongos once on Fire in Chicago.

Jay- Thanks for making Phil's SUPER 70th great! Listened to the shows and well, had A BLast. Thanks for all the graTe shows you have given me, I love rockin with you!
Hey CG, if you went away that's what I'd say.
And Rick, Great to see you practicing what you preach.
As for this show, I wasn't in attendance but I might just find it yet all night.
Phil.

Jay is a great drummer, but he is overqualified to be a "percussionist" in a double drummer set up. It was like watching a pit bull in a cage and must have been frustrating for him to kind of take a back seat to Russo and play the rainstick or triangles or even a tambourine when Russo was roaring. Furthur will go furthur with Russo. Good Luck Jay, hopefully Ratdog will carry on in some incarnation and you will stay in the family.

Hey HF. I am never going away. I am here to tell it how it is.

I'm sorry I paid even a dime to watch that limp wristed faggot Chris Robinson sing. After a great run across the U.S. And to end like that made me realize, maybe they are just a tribute band.

John M. , SaN Diego
Uhhhh, Ok John. Yeah. A tribute band. That's it. Have you ever heard of Phil Lesh or Bob Weir? You should google them you moron.

Nick, Astoria, NY
Is another drummer going to join Furthur?

CG, New Jersey
Thanks alot to the Furthur camp for forcing me to buy 4 tickets to a show that I already had tickets to. What a scam. Now what am I supposed to do with 4 extras to a show that will not sell out (because it is on a Sunday night at a shithole venue). I am out $200 for this. How greedy!
