Thank you! that was awesome!

Excellent show. Great vibe on stage and in the audience. No security and none really needed. Band was in a great frame of mind and the music sounded great. I'd like more John. I think he'd be a better choice for Eyes than Phil. And in general, he's a bit under-utilized on vocals. And please, no typical "you're Bobby bashing" because I'm not. I love Bobby. I love Phil. And they could use a bit more of John on vocals. All in all, though, a truly great show. I'll be at one of the Nokia shows. See y'all there.

FURTHUR indeed! I think Jerry would be proud of what they are doing. They are playing those classic songs with a clarity which is just sublime. Heaven forbid but I would even say that they are playing better then the Grateful Dead. I do miss Bill and Mickey though. Within one little part of a song an entire universe suddenly opens up. THANK YOU! Moving to Bay area this summer hope to catch the August show there.

Well, what an experience!
I began the show with a crave case from white castle. They sure don't have those in Wyoming. I took a few blotter hits that tasted like ajax right before I walked in, but by first song I was so hit I couldn't even read a stop sign.
And then there she was. My junior high school sweetheart. I haven't seen her since we both dropped out in the 8th grade. Her 2nd pregnancy prevented her from schooling, and my job at Doninos was making me wait to get my drivers license, so in the interem I went on Dead tour, and I've never come home!
So there is LuLu, looking as lucsious as ever. Those supple 44 FFF breast that sag to her belly (she must be pushin 350 now) but when I saw her I melted. We got a seat in the bleachers, and from there on after Fire on the Mountain we were going at it like a couple of pigs in the mud. I forgot the touch of my first love, and LuLu touched me all over. I had no shame kicking off my overalls, and me MooMoo was easy to get right off. Our seat neighbors all moved aside from us, and looked discusted. But love concored all, and we made love in the bleachers. Titty fuckin those wales really got me still as a hickory switch. After some polishing my knob, I'd asked her if she'd like to get her pussy ate. She said no, get my hot side of beef in her now. Well, I didn't last long. And when I pulled out, I hit someones blanket who laid it on the ground to claim space. I always say those people should watch that. Anyhow, I walked around with we shorts for the rest of the show. I'm happy to say LuLu have reunited and were finishing up tour together. He other boyfriend Jethro isn't happy, but I gave him alot of molly and hasn't exactly figured out what happened yet. Hope to see you at the next venue! My goal is to conceive a little Bubba Jr somewhere on tour... and maybe wipe up that shit stain on my leg from yesterday. Drive safe!

I was in a much better frame of mind on the second night, having arrived with plenty of time to go shopping on Shakedown St. Golden Road opener was marvelous. Really love hearing those old songs. Good Lovin’ was just what the Dr. ordered; it got the crowd up and dancing. Music Never Stopped had lots of hand clapping and sing along. The place went crazy during the Sugar Mags and slowed down to nice pace for Fantasy. I don’t know why but I really thought the Mr. Fantasy was better than most I’ve heard. Next was the BIG TEASE. Scarlet Begonias but no Fire on the Mountain. Uncle John’s Band was another crowd pleaser with the same energy, sing-a-long, and clap-a-long that I love to experience.

Unbroken Chain is one of my favorite songs done by this band. It has great danceable moments and spacey zone out spots too. It is melodic, it’s Phil, and I just love it. Let it Grow was cool. I’d like to have heard the whole WRS (but there’s only so much time which they learned the hard way, last night with Phil’s super fast donor rap). Finally, they got back into Fire on the Mountain and boy did we dance! Cryptical was nice to hear and we all knew they’d do Blues for Allah (we could hear them warming up with it before the show). I went to get some more refreshments and ran into Amy, Zach, and Lizzy Lightnin. Cool. I called the Eyes (wish that the Kenny Brooks would have been able to sit in on it). And the H>S>F was another call which I was more than pleased to hear (especially as a closer). I am very happy with what I heard and look forward to Lowell.

Wonderful show! Waiting for the boys to break out a So Many Roads for me soon! Also dying to hear The Stranger - Two Souls in Communion!

Magnolia Mountain track from Ryan Adams the boys are covering is off the chart good! Soulful and heavy song, it could of used a bit more punch this night but it was still fyah!

Looking forward to Lowell and to host the boys in the home state of Maine this weekend! See everyone there!

Peace from the rocky coast

Did Phil sing Franklin's Tower?

Hey Bubba, your posts for the Coney shows are either extremely tongue-in-cheek (leaving myself wide open there), or else you definitely get the prize for in-show experiences most befitting of Coney Island. Rock on brother, and stick to White Castle....

The night starts out with Golden road, very cool, into Good Lovin and its on right from the beginning, very tight this band has become. Music never stops into Sugar mags and then a Mr Fantasy, the place was just swaying and I did not see a person not having a good time, then into Scarlett and just a wonderful 1st set, slowed down a little with Magnolia Mtn, but thats OK, we probably needed it, Uncle Johns to close and that is never a bad choice. Gotta love the dead, they aint the best @ what they do, THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT DO WHAT THEY DO!! God bless Bill Graham! 2nd set opener, Phil national anthem Unbroken Chain done top notch,Let it grow and we watch Tosty Rosty off to mens room,Fire Mtn excellent into a Killer Other Ones that was very cool.Cryptical and Blues for Allah left everybody wondering where they were going next, Ah the Jerry national anthem, MORNING FREAKIN DEW and John just nails it, by the way John is fitting in quite nicely with his new best friends! Then Eyes of the word followed by Help/Slip/Franklins and these guys just make you want to get on the bus and follow them for the summer, Box of Rain and only cause I am married and my wife has put up with too many road trips the last 6 years is the reason I am going home and not on the road!! Thanks gentlemen for a splendid time and please come to San Diego as I promised the family this was my last road trip, Truckin!!!!!!

Bubba how can you call NYer's rude. Your posts are both crude and disgusting. Sounds like you are what us NYer's call a Bum. Did you dig all that food out of a corner basket? I wonder if I ever go to a show in Wyoming if someone will give me a free ticket like the 4 I gave away Sunday night. Golden Road,Sugar Mags,Unbroken Chain-Let it grow,Box o rain where the highlights.

I've been a deadhead since 1967I've seen a 100 or so shows just a pup to some deadheads. But I know the music as good as anyone and this night was electifying. I was waiting for Weir to break out into lazy lightning for the encore.I left frazzled and stayed there for days. Morning dew haven't seen that done onstage since the 70's myself. The song selection was second to none. John is a perfect fit.Bring back Mickey and Bill and let's dance .I wanted Cosmic Charley and they did it the night before in Rochester. Going to the Nokia with hoping I can get an equal show can't get any better hats off to the boys way to go.

There is a brief but unmistakable "Supplication" tease during the jam in Uncle John's, before the final vocal chorus!
