Denver Man, Colorado
The Eugene shows were back to back masterpieces. The setlists, the delivery of the songs, and the quality of the transitional jams were on the highest level. Sure, there were a few flubs, as usual, but they were minor. This band delivered in so many ways on these two nights - perfect sound quality from the PA, great jams, great harmonies, great song selection.....

These guys are hitting on all cylinders, and they seemed to be loving it (especially Phil). Bob's playing and singing was some of the best in recent memory. JK was solid as ever - and rarely makes mistakes, which keeps this band tight. Not to mention the superb drumming and keys.

Furthur keep getting better, and I'm happy to hear the new music from them. See them while you can.

Agree with Fishdog...both Eugene shows were excellent. The jams between songs are a real highlight, and the fact that they'll take it out there on just about any song. The Bertha>Cumberland to end the 1st set was great - very hot. 2nd set opens with China Cat, very jammed out, no Rider which is cool how they're seperating some of these historically paired tunes. Playin' > Dark Star > Other One and then back to Dark Star and again into the Other One. This was really awesome stuff, really cool. Then they take it into Eyes of the World - just sweet. Overall great show, anticipting how it might be topped the next night.

Dave, Bend, OR
There was an awesome vibe in the air. In the lot before the show. And in the theater during the show. I think the Cuthbert Theater is a really cool venue. With the huge trees throughout Alton Baker Park it has a majestic feel. I agree with Dave the Bertha>Cumberland was so good. Few would disagree. The crowd was absolutely loving it. It was a very special night.
