Reviews
This show was off the hook from beginning to end. Came out smokin' with Bucket, other stand outs were a kick ass West LA Fadeaway, To Lay Me Down, a rockin; Samson and Delilah, and closed it with Deal. Love the rework of background vocals on Deal...so cool Second set Iko opener was great, again with background vocals reworked made it that much better. Wharf Rat was great with a great transiton to Born Cross Eyed, Dark Star with major jam, Time made the night for me *Phil blew his amp out at begiinning), Dear Prudence, and Terrapin Suite were simply awesome. They put it out there and it paid off. Loved how Phil was demonstrative on stage, waving his hands, etc. Very cool show

Breathe Reprise was not played. Time went straight down into Dear Prudence - I really like it in the ballad spot btw.

Bobby slipped a little vocally on Hell & West LA(last verse) but they were rocking nonetheless. Cold Rain was good but To Lay Me Down was my highlight of 1st. Thought the quick Peggy-O leading into 3 rockers to close was nice. I will say that Ramble & Deal especially smoked. Samson never snoozes. Wish the crowd didn't talk during a) slower/quieter songs or b) songs they don't know. And yet during a sick jam or climax is the best time to get out or in your seat??? Can someone please help me understand?

2nd set off nicely with the 2nd Iko> the 1st Last Time - wow were we happy! The Wharf rocked per usual - JK really has a hold on this one. Born>Dark Star>Time>Dear Prudence is how it reads correctly and WOW!!! Dark Star was my highlight. Best version they've done imo. Glad they closed the pair (11) because it's one of our favorites. & 11>Terrapin Suite to close... not sure what anyone could complain about there.

I love Bobby's take on Brokedown Palace. And it is indeed a palace. By the far the best venue I've been to. Friendly staff, amazing lot pre and post show. Kind people - nice to meet Rodney & crew.

See you this summer Furthur!!! Thanks so much

Phil (NC),

Home, home again
I like to be here when I can
when I come home cold and tired
it's good to warm my bones beside the fire
far away across the field
the tolling of the iron bell
calls the faithful to their knees
to hear the softly spoken magic spells

Breathe Reprise was played last night.

aha I see. Interesting they didn't write it out on the "Official Setlist" or whatever. My apologies & thanks for correcting me
