Great show- What a way to end the tour. Finishing w/ "the End" was very approriate for thier Beatles tributes.Clarence Clemmons was also a great surprise. Mizner is a great venue. Great song list. My legs are sore from dancing

The performance lacked technicle assets. The sound was hardly what you would expect at this concert, it lacked sound quality. The lead guitar lacked flowing leads and accented chords, he just didnt have the sharp breakout leads we expect and then the guitar need to have the tone changed so it didnt sound so muffled. Tried listening for Weirs rythm and sharp guitar work it seemed to be missing. Security was overwhelming to the point of allowing only water to be allowed into the park.

Not sure Where you were stsnding Dave, but Ihear weir's guitar better last night than any of the many this tour I attended.Orlando,Weir sounded good but Phil was insanely load in Orlando. As for security. What security?

For my money, I enjoyed this show quite a lot. A particularly rhythm driven affair, featuring Phil & Joe figured VERY prominently in the mix. Beyond that (sonically speaking), I found the sound to be mostly excellent - with the exception of Jeff needing an overall boost in the volume department perhaps...

Technically, the performance was impressively tight. The vocal harmonies were of particular note & there were many instances of some pretty inspired musicianship throughout the evening. My only complaint per se is that John's playing seemed a bit subdued this night. But then again, maybe it's just that Phil was so very >ON< that it was hard to shine beyond that fact. Great setlist overall, made for some serious grooving to be had by one & all!

As for the security issue, I'll echo tommyo above - What Security??? Now granted, that was the most serious patdown I have ever experienced at this venue (& it wasn't even that bad really...), but once you got past the gate, it was pretty much "anything goes". The fact that they even DID allow patrons to bring in water was impressive & contrary to most gate policies locally if ya really wanna get down to it...

So, from my perspective anyway, this show capped off a highly respectable tour in a pretty grand fashion!

This was the only show of the tour that I attended; I am glad that I did. The BAND sounded great, looked like they were enjoying themselves as much as we were. I might have enjoyed some deeeeper exlporitory jams, buuut these guys rock period. THANK YOU Furthur.

Was my fifth Furthur show and probably 400 something Dead type show.
was as good as any we have seen in the last forty two years since my first at the Fillmore in 1969.
Went with an old friend and his wife. She became converted and is now on the bus.
Security? beside the nasty man in the front telling us not to use flash on the cameras there was no security. People were openly SELLING doses and smoking weed. The venue is gorgeous. Sunshine is soooo beautiful. She sings like an angel

This was my second Furthur show, the first being last Feb. in Miami at the first night of their tour. I came away from that show with a shrug; they were ok sorta like "Dead-lite". But this show has made me a believer. After playing together for over a year these guys are tight, and give me the closest experiance to a G.Dead show I've had since they left the stage. I can't wait for the summer tour.
