streaming review- Thanks Zman
Now how yummy is a tour going to be that opens up with a nice 10 minute Playing in the Band? (by 7 minutes in they are firing on all cylinders!)>
How can you play the NorthEast in November w/o Cold Rain and Snow !!(listen to a version of this tune from 66 or 67 if you want to trip)
Cassidy-solid Weir and a nice jam too
Lazy River-they let us all catch our breath
I like the sharing of vocals here.
Pride-This is so smoking hot!!! plus it has blistering jamming inside a 7 minute tune. Wow!
Catfish John-Always a lovely JGB tune.
Could swear Garcia used to sing, "Dont go 'near' that river"
Bertha>Good Lovin-Sing along!!!
And 5 minutes into Good lovin they stretch out yet again followed by Weir "right here, right now"
After the lights come up if you could leave with anything but a giant smile especially after Good Lovin something really bad would have had to have transpired in your mind.
This is a very solid first set!

The set list was just stellar.
Band sounded really really tight. volume in the arena likely could have been turned down just a hair to better hear the vocals.
Another gift from the remaining members of our beloved Grateful Dead.
Great show!
